By using Deurtal ('we', 'us', 'our'), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Service description
Deurtal is an information platform that helps professionals discover Netherlands-based companies eligible for Highly Skilled Migrant sponsorship. We provide company data, filters, draft email tools, and tracking features. We aggregate publicly available or third-party data and do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of company information, job outcomes, or responses. Use of our service is at your own risk.
2. Account and use
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Do not share your credentials. You may not use the service for spam, harassment, scraping, automated bulk access, or any illegal purpose. You agree to use the platform only for lawful job-search and outreach purposes.
3. Subscription and payment
Deurtal offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions (Plus, Premium, Recruiter) are billed in advance. Prices may change with notice. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. We use Stripe or other payment processors; their terms apply to payment processing.
4. Intellectual property
Deurtal, its logo, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or data without permission. Company data displayed on Deurtal may be subject to third-party rights; we do not claim ownership of that data.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deurtal disclaims all liability for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: inaccurate data, actions you take based on our platform, outcomes of outreach, third-party services, loss of data or business, or unavailability of the service. The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for operational reasons. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Netherlands. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice where practicable. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the latest revision.
